MY BHUTAN ROAD TRIP PHOTO ALBUM

Selecting a few photos of the hundred others, that best represent Bhutan, was an arduous task. However, I have finally compiled all my favourite moments and scenery from my road trip.

There are several reasons why Bhutan is one of my treasured trips. First reason is because it was my first road trip to a foreign country. Second it felt like home. When travelling there are some places that imprint themselves on you. It imprinted itself on me.

After, driving 5,000 km to and from Bhutan I realise that the destination is not what you remember the most.

Because the greatest part of a road trip isn’t arriving at your destination.

It’s all the wild stuff that happens along the way.

I hope these pictures ignited your wanderlust because

Roads were made for journeys, not destinations.
